Elderberry Soda

Mix 8 oz unflavored soda water with 1 oz Brew Naturals Elderberry Syrup. Garnish with fresh mint or basil leaf.

Elderberry Lemonade

Mix 8 oz of your favorite lemonade with 1 oz Brew Naturals Elderberry Syrup. Garnish with lemon slice.

Elderberry Lemon Popsicles

Mix 1 oz Elderberry Brew Syrup for every 5 oz lemonade until desired quantity is obtained. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4 hours or until set.

Elderberry Spiced Cider

Mix 8-10 oz warm apple cider with 1 oz Brew Naturals Elderberry Syrup.

Elderberry Tea

Mix 8-10 oz of your favorite freshly steeped tea with 1 oz Brew Naturals Elderberry Syrup.

Appalachian Mountain Mule

Combine 8 oz ginger beer, 1 oz gin, and 1 oz Brew Naturals Elderberry Syrup. Garnish with lime wedge.

Elderberry Apple Sauce

· Start with your favorite brand of applesauce or your favorite recipe.
· Add 1T of Brew Naturals Elderberry Syrup per 1/2 cup of applesauce.
· Stir to combine.
Refrigerate to store.
Yield 1 serving

Elderberry Apple Fruit Leather

· Start with your favorite brand of applesauce or your favorite recipe.
· Add 6T of Brew Naturals Elderberry Syrup to 1 cup of sauce and puree in a blender or food processor until very smooth.
· Bring mixture to a gentle simmer in a sauce pan on medium low heat stirring regularly for 15-20 min to thicken sauce.
· Spread mixture thinly on a parchment lined dehydrator tray.
· Dehydrate on 135 degrees for 4 to 5 hours.
· Cut into strips or roll ups as desired.
· Store for up to 3 days in an air tight container.
Yield 6 servings

Elderberry Gummies

1/2 cup Brew Naturals Elderberry Syrup
1/4 cup apple juice
2T Great Lakes gelatin

· Bring juice and 1/2 syrup to a gentle simmer,
remove from heat and whisk in gelatin.
· Continue to whisk in the remainder
of the syrup until gelatin is dissolved.
· Pour into silicone molds.
*molds may be sprayed gently with coconut oil to aid in
removal
Refrigerate to store.
Yield 8 servings
